Obama, politics as usual

Wed Jul 2, 2008, 6:39 AM
Nevermind Mcain...he's politics as usual, but our wonder guy who was suppose to be something different has made some recent moves that is politics as usual. Helping to pay Clinton's dept is a move to purchase the vote of all those Clinton supporters. His endorsment of faith base help to the needy is also a move to buy the evangelical vote. What else eh? I thought the message of change and the idea of renewal was enough? I'm not an Obama basher (because I surely ain't a Mcain supporter) but I do not like how alot of American young voters are cloing their eyes and voting according to what's hip or cool or what everyone else is doing or just because he speaks well. Listen to the facts, and decide.

For too long Americans have been settling for two candidates and voting for the lessor of the two evils. I think it's time we made a stand and vote for a 3rd non-existant candidate just to make a point. Could you imagine if Mickey Mouse would win this election? The majority of the votes go to this mouse?

There's a Liberterian Candidate...Bob Barr.

Former Congressman and U.S. Attorney from Georgia. Barr won the nomination of the Libertarian Party on May 25, 2008 at its 2008 National Convention, in Denver, Colorado.

Only, I don't think the news media wants you to hear about him because they want Obama to win so badly.

I prefer McCain but both candidates are deeply flawed. I can't believe so many of my friends are *just now* seeing that Obama is not a savior figure...
